        Microsoft Outlook is often and mainly used as an email application, but it also includes a calendar, contact manager, note taking, journal and web browsing. Can work with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server for multiple users in an organization, like share mail boxes and calenders ,  Exchange public folders, SharePoint lists, and meeting schedules. You can even schedule your email such as set messages to return to your inbox at a later time in a few hours or a few days so you’ll never forget to follow up an important email.

             In Mac, Outlook have the facility to open the messages at a time in split view mode and also full screen view to open multiple messages by the unique full screen mode support. And it also lets you to manage multiple calendars both in side by side and in overlay mode. It can schedule the meetings and respond to invitations with ease.
